Coolus 'C' (Schaan)

This helmet is based on a find of two almost identical helmets found at Schaan in Lichtenstein. The helmets were complete when found. The brow guard featured a strengthening ridge at the front and the cheek guards use the double tie-ring and stud method of fastening as seen on some Montefortino helmets and also the Gallic 'A' from Nijmegen (Augustan period).
