Conditions of Use

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Solo/Maestro/Visa Electron) or by personal cheque in UK £ Sterling, postal-order in UK £ Sterling, or cash in UK £ Sterling by registered mail. Alternatively, pay by international money order, banker's draft or telegraphic transfer drawn on a British bank. We can also accept bank transfer via IBAN/BIC/SWIFT in UK £ Sterling.

The facility to use Paypal© is also in place and is our preferred method of payment. All cheques must be made payable to ARMAMENTARIA Limited and sent to the following address;

We expect to send your parcel within 7 working days of receiving your order. We try to be faster but it is not always possible and at busy times can be longer.

Prices are subject to change without notice and goods are offered subject to availability. Prices shown include VAT.

Goods are sent by Commercial Carrier / Parcel force / Royal Mail depending on size and weight. All parcels will be sent by tracked delivery. If you do not receive your parcel, please tell us. After this time, it can then be tracked via the carrier system.

Unlisted items - If you have a specific requirement please ask us. Or, if you require an item that appears 'SOLD OUT' or out of stock - please contact us for an update on stock availability.

Armamentaria Limited is run by seasoned Roman re-enactors with a great knowledge in the field of Roman military equipment. Please feel free to contact us. We will be pleased to help if we can.

If any of our goods fails to please for any reason please return them within 14 days. Assuming that they are in the same condition as they were when dispatched, we will send you a full refund. Descriptions are given in good faith but it is the responsibility of the user to decide if the materials and fittings are suitable for their particular purpose.

Complaints - If we get something wrong please tell us. If we don't know we can't put it right.

AGE DECLARATION - Placing an order with Armamentaria Limited for knives and swords will be deemed as your declaration that you are over the age of 18 years (Eighteen years). We may well contact you to verify and prove your date of birth.
